Breaking The Limit by Karen Larsen

Postby Mamaw Suze » Thu Apr 06, 2017 9:27 pm

I just finished reading the book Breaking The Limit by Karen Larsen and highly recommend it.
When I ride I often try to think of how to describe for others what I see and how it feels to ride solo whether it be for a few hours or days but I've never been successful. Karen nails it for me. I would read a few sentences, close my eyes, see it and feel it. I was sad when I finished the book and am actually planning on rereading it soon with map at hand to plot her trip. The one good thing about taking this trip from my living room, instead of on my bike, was I stayed dry.

Just watched a YouTube of her talking about her book at a library in her home town. Absolutely a must read book for women riders and a should read for everyone.

Placed a hold on it at my Library.
I've been there before. Can I get there, again?
