This was the first time the weather co-operated and I was able to ride.

We've become regulars, we're referred to as 'the Harley People'. Thats' not me out front (yet).


We spend a lot of time in Amish country. This is the largest wooden horse & buggy in the country.


When necessary, I will negotiate gravel, this one went smoothly.

Same things you are! We've had a few warm days, but we were either busy doing maintenance on our 4 wheel vehicles, or it was really windy! Getting antsy to get riding and commuting on 2 wheels again!

Yes, what is with all this wind?! I know it's March in Iowa and all, but good grief, doesn't it seem worse than normal for this time of year? Or maybe I'm just more impatient...

Squeaked in two pre-Spring rides here in southeastern Ohio between snow flurries and rain showers. Have to agree the wind has been more of an element to contend with though. Don't know if this has happened to anyone else but was at a stop light, just as it turned green I started to roll the throttle when out of no where a major gust of wind almost blew me over. Spring can't get here soon enough!

This stinking virus to go away!!! We have had some beautiful days for riding and I've been sick! I figure I'll get better and the rain will start.
I rode pillion on our extremely windy days. Was going to pick up Dusty and go for a ride before bringing her home but decided if the wind was blowing 2 adults on an FZ1 around there was no way I was riding Dusty. We rode for awhile then called it quits. I did ride Dusty home but on the back roads where there was a lot to break the wind.

Get better Mamaw Suze!! There will be plenty of wonderful riding days ahead!
