National Parks Senior Passes

Postby VStar » Tue Jan 10, 2017 4:41 pm

I'll give credit to Blue Lightening who posted about this on his fb page.

The cost of National Park Passes for Seniors will likely be going up in the near future. I did call the United States Geological Survey and a man said the price will be increased but didn't say how much or when.
Currently, the cost is $10.00 for a Lifetime Senior Pass, 62 years or older. They can be ordered online with an additional processing/handling fee of $10.00, totaling $20.00 for the Pass. Or it can be purchased for $10.00 at any National Park, museum or historical site, these can be found on the website usgs.gov. I don't know if an extra fee applies if you get it in person. Ours are in the mail now.
I've been there before. Can I get there, again?
